Counselling
<p>Navigating the process of studies and working in Japan can be challenging. Our counselling services provide personalized guidance to help the students/workers understand the language, culture, job market, and other essential aspects of living and working in Japan. Our experienced counsellors are here to support students/ workers from the initial inquiry through to their successful transition to Japan.</p>
Language Training
<p>Proficiency in Japanese is crucial for students/workers in Japan. Hayabusa offers structured language classes to help students/workers achieve the required language skills:</p><p>N5 Level : 3 months, 3 hours per day</p><p>N4 Level : 3 months, 3 hours per day</p><p>N3 Level : Available upon completion of N5 and N4 JLPT / JFT Workers must complete the N4 level and pass both the JLPT (Japanese-Language Proficiency Test) and JFT (Japan Foundation Test for Basic Japanese).</p><p>This process typically takes 4 to 6 months. Our experienced instructors provide immersive and interactive language education to ensure workers develop strong communication skills. For students on average, it takes 6 to 10 months to complete the language learning process. Exam Preparation
<p>We offer comprehensive preparation for the N5, N4, JLPT, and JFT exams. Our targeted training helps workers build the knowledge and confidence needed to succeed in these assessments, which are essential for their certification and employment in Japan.</p>
Interview Preparation
<p>For students preparation for college interviews is a critical part of the application process. We offer tailored interview preparation sessions that are customized according to the specific requirements of different colleges. Our training helps students present themselves confidently and effectively during their interviews. For workers we provide tailored interview preparation sessions to help workers present themselves confidently and effectively during their interviews. This includes mock interviews and personalized feedback to enhance their performance.</p>
Documentation
<p>Proper documentation is essential for a smooth application process. Hayabusa assists students in gathering all necessary documents, including: Education certificates Passport Citizenship documents Birth certificate Relationship certificate Annual income document Tax documentation Bank documentation We verify, translate into Japanese, and send these documents to Japan via DHL. If any corrections are needed based on feedback from Japanese institutions (colleges or companies), we handle those adjustments to ensure the acceptance of the documentation.</p>
Career Counselling with JICA
<p>Understanding career prospects is crucial for students planning their future. In collaboration with JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency), we offer career counselling sessions totaling 8 hours, divided into four classes of 2 hours each. These sessions provide valuable insights into career opportunities in Japan and help students make informed decisions about their professional paths. At Hayabusa, our mission is to empower students with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to succeed in Japan. We are committed to providing comprehensive support throughout their journey, ensuring a seamless transition and a bright future.</p>
Sector Training
<p>We offer specialized theory classes tailored to the specific sectors chosen by the workers. The sectors available include: Food and Services Nursing Ground Modelling (Airport) Agriculture Housekeeping / Hotel These classes provide the necessary theoretical knowledge and practical skills relevant to each sector, ensuring workers are well-prepared for their roles in Japan.</p>
Certification Exams
<p>Workers must pass certification exams to validate their qualifications to work in Japan. Our training programs are designed to prepare workers thoroughly for these exams, ensuring they meet all necessary requirements.</p>
Cultural Training
<p>Understanding Japanese culture is crucial for workers to integrate successfully into their new environment. Our cultural training includes: Rules and Regulations: Familiarization with Japanese workplace norms and societal rules. Physical Training (PT): Basic fitness and health guidelines. Understanding Japanese Cuisine & Culture: An introduction to Japanese food and cultural practices. Games, Training Programs, Songs, Dress: Interactive sessions to immerse workers in Japanese culture through various activities.
